We are looking for candidates who have experience in SaaS Enterprise, with a background in digital media, content companies, ad ops within the Telco Media Tech (TMT) industries.

Job Description

We are looking for a “Technical Account Manager” to act as the first point of contact for customer training, setup/configuration, and problem-solving.

1 – 3 years in a similar role.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with Enterprise clients from different business verticals and implement the product by understanding their business requirements.
  • Demo the Product to customers, understanding their queries to provide out of the box solutions and logical possibilities through online sessions.
  • Conduct online and on-site product training sessions imparting industry best practices.
  • To Liaise with Product Management to collect and provide feedback from clients about product improvements and feature requests to help shape the product roadmap.
  • Train new recruits which includes modules on customer support, product training.

Requirements

  • Have 1-3 years experience in a technical account management role and a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or its equivalent.
  • Must have good technical & product knowledge.
  • Excellent listening skills, logical reasoning & critical thinking.
  • Have high ethics, integrity, proactive nature, and be very self-motivated.
  • Demonstrate good verbal, written communication & presentation skills.
  • l Show passion for building trusting relationships with prospects.
